AGENTRUNTIME ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms a binding part of the AgentRuntime Terms of Service and governs the permitted and prohibited uses of the AgentRuntime platform, services, APIs, and associated infrastructure (collectively, the "Services") operated by AgentRuntime Labs Ltd ("AgentRuntime," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Services, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to comply with this AUP. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
AgentRuntime reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take enforcement action as described in Section 9 of this AUP.
1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
1.1 AgentRuntime provides a commercial infrastructure platform for developers and organizations to build, deploy, and operate AI agents, automated workflows, integrations, and developer applications.
1.2 This AUP is intended to protect the integrity, availability, and security of the platform and to prevent harm to users, third parties, and the public.
1.3 This AUP applies to all Users and Authorized Users, including individuals using the Services directly, organizations using the Services through an enterprise agreement, and third parties accessing the Services through User-built applications or integrations.
2. PROHIBITED USES — ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
Users shall not use the Services, directly or indirectly, to:
(a) violate any applicable local, national, or international law, statute, regulation, or treaty;
(b) facilitate, enable, or assist any criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, extortion, or unauthorized access to computer systems;
(c) distribute, transmit, host, or store any materials that are illegal under applicable law;
(d) conduct, facilitate, or participate in any form of financial fraud, investment scam, wire fraud, or deceptive financial scheme;
(e) circumvent applicable trade sanctions, export controls, or economic embargoes, including those issued by the United States, the European Union, or the United Nations; or
(f) engage in, facilitate, or conceal money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
3. PROHIBITED USES — HARMFUL OR ABUSIVE AUTOMATION
Users shall not deploy agents, bots, scripts, or automated workflows that:
(a) conduct, facilitate, or assist any form of cyberattack, including distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, man-in-the-middle attacks, or injection attacks against any system;
(b) perform unauthorized vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or exploitation of any system, network, or device without the explicit written authorization of the system owner;
(c) generate, distribute, or facilitate spam, phishing, smishing, vishing, or other unsolicited mass communications;
(d) create, host, distribute, or transmit malware, ransomware, spyware, adware, trojans, viruses, worms, or any other malicious code;
(e) harvest, scrape, or collect credentials, authentication tokens, personal data, or sensitive information from systems or users without authorization; or
(f) manipulate, deceive, or psychologically coerce users through dark patterns, deceptive UI, or behavioral manipulation techniques.
All automated activity must comply with applicable laws, ethical standards, and the terms of any systems with which the automation interacts.
4. PROHIBITED USES — UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS AND SECURITY VIOLATIONS
Users shall not:
(a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, network, database, or data that they are not authorized to access;
(b) circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with authentication systems, access controls, or security mechanisms;
(c) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of AgentRuntime's infrastructure, systems, or networks without AgentRuntime's prior written authorization;
(d) take any action that may interfere with, disrupt, or impair the operation of AgentRuntime's infrastructure or the Services provided to other users; or
(e) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, architecture, or underlying algorithms of the Services, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
Any authorized security testing must be conducted in strict accordance with AgentRuntime's responsible disclosure guidelines and only upon receipt of prior written authorization from AgentRuntime.
5. PROHIBITED USES — ABUSE OF SYSTEM RESOURCES
Users shall not:
(a) intentionally or negligently overload, saturate, or impair the performance or availability of AgentRuntime's infrastructure;
(b) use the Services to operate cryptocurrency mining operations, token generation, or blockchain validation workloads not related to the stated purpose of the platform;
(c) run compute-intensive workloads unrelated to the User's stated use case or authorized application;
(d) systematically abuse, circumvent, or exceed applicable API rate limits or resource quotas; or
(e) launch or participate in any denial-of-service attack, flooding, or resource exhaustion activity targeting AgentRuntime or any third party.
AgentRuntime may implement fair-use policies, rate limits, and throttling mechanisms at its sole discretion to protect platform stability and equitable access for all users.
6. PROHIBITED USES — DATA PRIVACY VIOLATIONS
Users shall not use the Services to:
(a) collect, process, store, or transmit personal data without a lawful basis for such processing and without providing appropriate notice to data subjects;
(b) track, monitor, or surveil individuals without their knowledge and consent, where such consent is required by applicable law;
(c) process special categories of personal data (including health data, biometric data, racial or ethnic origin data, financial data, or similar sensitive categories) without the legal authority to do so; or
(d) violate any applicable data protection law, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK Data Protection Act 2018, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or any comparable legislation.
7. PROHIBITED USES — HARMFUL CONTENT
Users shall not use the Services to create, upload, store, transmit, distribute, or facilitate access to any content that:
(a) constitutes harassment, intimidation, bullying, or targeted abuse of any individual or group;
(b) contains credible threats of physical violence or harm against any person or group;
(c) constitutes hate speech, meaning content that promotes, incites, or glorifies violence, discrimination, or hostility toward any individual or group on the basis of protected characteristics;
(d) constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors;
(e) constitutes illegal obscene material under applicable law; or
(f) constitutes extremist propaganda, terrorist content, or material that promotes, glorifies, or incites acts of terrorism or mass violence.
8. PROHIBITED USES — MISUSE OF AI SYSTEMS
Without limiting the generality of other provisions of this AUP, Users shall not deploy AI agents or automated systems to:
(a) generate or distribute disinformation, deepfakes, or synthetic media designed to deceive or defraud;
(b) interfere with, manipulate, or undermine democratic processes, including elections, referendums, or political campaigns;
(c) conduct, facilitate, or coordinate mass harassment campaigns targeting any individual or group;
(d) impersonate any natural person, organization, government entity, or other legal entity in a manner likely to cause harm or deception; or
(e) conduct social engineering attacks, including manipulation designed to extract sensitive information or influence behavior through deception.
9. ENFORCEMENT
9.1 Investigation. AgentRuntime reserves the right, but not the obligation, to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. AgentRuntime may cooperate with law enforcement authorities in any investigation of suspected unlawful activity.
9.2 Enforcement Actions. Upon discovering or receiving credible notice of a potential violation, AgentRuntime may, at its sole discretion, take any of the following actions, with or without advance notice where immediate action is required to protect the platform or third parties:
(a) issue a written warning to the User;
(b) temporarily restrict or throttle access to specific features or services;
(c) suspend or disable specific agents, workflows, or integrations;
(d) suspend the User's account in its entirety pending investigation;
(e) permanently terminate the User's account; and/or
(f) report illegal activity to applicable law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
9.3 No Obligation. AgentRuntime's failure to enforce any provision of this AUP in any instance shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce such provision in the future.
9.4 User Liability. Enforcement action by AgentRuntime does not limit AgentRuntime's right to seek legal remedies, including injunctive relief, damages, or other equitable relief, in connection with a violation of this AUP.
10. REPORTING ABUSE
If you become aware of any use of the Services that you believe violates this AUP, you are encouraged to report it to AgentRuntime at:

AgentRuntime will review reported violations and take appropriate action at its discretion. AgentRuntime will not disclose the identity of individuals submitting abuse reports except as required by applicable law.
11. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY
AgentRuntime may update this AUP from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website and will become effective on the date of publication. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
